Okay, so im gonna try different workouts during the weeks, my schedule is different on some days, so my workouts will have to be different on somedays.
Mondays-
Legs:
100 squats
20 leg lifts (each leg)
20 inner leg lifts (each leg)
20 dog squats (each leg)
Abs:
100 sit ups
20 In & out’s
20 Bicycles
20 Reverse bicycles
20 arm & leg in & outs
20 mason twists
Body:
20 V sit ups
1 minute of planking.
Tuesdays-
Run for 15 minutes
Walk for 10 minutes
if raining, inside workouts
100 high knees
100 jumping jacks
100 butt kicks.
Wednesdays-
100 arm to knees
100 High knees
100 sit ups
100 squats
100 doggie squats (each leg)
Thursdays-
Run for 15 minutes
Walk for 10 minutes
if raining, inside workouts
100 high knees
100 jumping jacks
100 butt kicks.
Fridays-
